Oneteam Healthcare Services is a recruitment agency, specialising in the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff for the health and social care sector. I was asked by Oneteam to capture some marketing and online advertising photography the team could use on their newly launching website.
As their main head office is based in Gloucester, we shoot some recruitment and office stock images on-site there. To balance the ambient light I used an Elinchrom ELB to light up the overall exposure of the scene. The brief was to make sure that the photos looked natural, so rather than posing the clients, I just told them to act out a scene like nobody was there. Shooting photos throughout their conversation to capture natural expressions.
We also visited one of their local care homes. Using one of the rooms of the care home as a location for another natural friendly scene. This allowed the carer and resident to feel comfortable in having their photograph taken. Whilst at the care home we also captured some informal portraits of the care assistants for their about me page.
