Linden Homes approached myself as they required some 360 photography for their various show homes to show off the family living space as well as kitchen areas. The photos would then be shared and posted on the Linden’s Homes main Facebook page, allowing customers to view the properties before booking a visit. Therefore, I needed to make sure that each 360 had the correct metadata included to make sure when the client uploaded the final image to Facebook, the 360 information was read correctly.
To create the final files I used PTGui which allowed me to stitch together the 30 photos into a HDR bracketed exposure. After the blend, the floor was extracted and imported into Photoshop, to fill in the blank area below the tripod. Using a simple content aware fill allowed for a seamless blend.
